Bryan Mojica

Bryan Mojica is a bilingual roofing professional with experience in both commercial and residential projects.

He earned his Associate of Arts degree from Iowa Lakes Community College and is OSHA-10 certified, with expertise in Malarkey Vista AR, Owens Corning, IKO, Versico, and GAF roofing systems.

As a Project Manager at Walter Roofing, Bryan oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring each meets the company’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys life with his wife, Kiaya, and their dog, Ember Lou, and is a lifelong baseball enthusiast.

Roof Maintenance Annual Plans

Tier 1

Homes up to 2,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 2

Homes 2,000-3,500 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 3

Homes 3,500-5,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 4

Homes 5,000+ sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.
