Chris Jones

Chris Jones is the Customer Relations Manager at Walter Roofing, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support throughout their project. A graduate of Valley High School, he spent nine years in the tree service industry before transitioning to roofing in 2023.

Active in the community, Chris serves as an Ambassador for the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Clive Emerging Leaders Program.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, attending Chamber events, and spending time with his Rottweilers.

Roof Maintenance Annual Plans

Tier 1

Homes up to 2,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 2

Homes 2,000-3,500 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 3

Homes 3,500-5,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 4

Homes 5,000+ sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.
