Courtney Licht earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Simpson College and is dedicated to helping homeowners find the best roofing solutions for their needs.

As a Project Manager at Walter Roofing, she oversees commercial and residential projects from start to finish, ensuring each one meets the company’s high standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Before joining the team, Courtney chose Walter Roofing to roof her own home, giving her firsthand appreciation for the craftsmanship and integrity that define its work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and advocating for animal welfare.

Roof Maintenance Annual Plans

Tier 1

Homes up to 2,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 2

Homes 2,000-3,500 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 3

Homes 3,500-5,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 4

Homes 5,000+ sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.
