Matt Ferriss is a U.S. Army Veteran and proud father of three whose leadership and problem-solving skills strengthen his work as a Project Manager at Walter Roofing.

He oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring each meets the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

OSHA-10 certified, Matt values the durability and performance of the Malarkey Vista AR shingle.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, practicing martial arts, gaming, and caring for his four dogs and three cats.

Roof Maintenance Annual Plans

Tier 1

Homes up to 2,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 2

Homes 2,000-3,500 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 3

Homes 3,500-5,000 sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.

Tier 4

Homes 5,000+ sq ft. The Program includes up to two (2) scheduled roof maintenance visits per twelve (12) month period. The Program is a one (1) year commitment beginning on the enrollment date.
